Sunset Millepora Acropora Coral Frag

The Sunset Millepora Acropora is a spectacular SPS coral, admired for its warm sunset-inspired colour palette, intricate branching structure and beautifully textured growth. Combining glowing oranges, golden highlights and contrasting polyps, this iconic Millepora develops into a vibrant colony that captures the warmth and energy of a tropical reef at the end of the day.

Unlike Acropora varieties that rely on subtle pastel tones, the Sunset Millepora creates immediate visual impact through rich, saturated colour. As each branch extends and divides, fresh growth adds new layers of warmth throughout the colony, gradually building an intricate branching framework that becomes more impressive with every stage of its development.

As the aquarium transitions into its evening lighting, the coral reveals even greater depth, with fluorescent pigments adding intensity to the warm colour palette while preserving the natural contrast between mature branches and fresh growth tips. The result is a colony that continually evolves, reflecting both the coral's health and the care invested in its growth.

Whether becoming the centrepiece of an SPS-dominated reef or adding warmth to an established Acropora collection, the Sunset Millepora Acropora Coral Frag rewards patient reef keepers with a colony that grows not only in size, but in richness, complexity and character.
