At ReefGro, we believe every coral deserves the very best start to its journey. Rather than rushing orders out the door, we operate a carefully planned dispatch schedule that allows every coral to receive a final health inspection, pest inspection and quality check before shipping.
Unlike larger retailers, every coral is personally selected, inspected and packed by the owner. This hands-on approach allows us to maintain exceptional quality standards while ensuring every customer receives healthy, fully healed corals that are ready to thrive in their new reef.
To ensure every coral receives the attention it deserves, all livestock orders are dispatched every Monday using a specialist next-day courier service.
Our dedicated dispatch day allows us to:
Perform a final health inspection on every coral.
Carry out a final pest inspection before packing.
Ensure every coral is fully healed and ready for transport.
Carefully package each order using fresh professional packing materials.
Monitor weather conditions to ensure livestock can be shipped safely.
We believe quality should always come before speed, and our dispatch schedule allows us to maintain the high standards every ReefGro customer deserves.
Orders placed before 12:00pm on Sunday will normally be dispatched on the following Monday.
Orders placed after this time will be dispatched on the next available Monday.
If we believe weather conditions are unsuitable for transporting live corals safely, we may postpone dispatch until conditions improve. Should this happen, we'll contact you as soon as possible to arrange the next suitable shipping date.
All livestock orders are shipped using a specialist next-day tracked courier service.
Once your order has been dispatched, you'll receive tracking information so you can follow your delivery.
We strongly recommend ensuring someone is available to receive your parcel on the first delivery attempt and that your corals are unpacked immediately upon arrival.
Every coral is individually prepared for transport using professional livestock shipping techniques designed to maximise its safety during transit.
Every shipment includes:
Individually bagged corals.
Insulated shipping packaging.
Heat or cold packs where required.
Secure internal packing to minimise movement during transport.
Premium packing materials specifically designed for live coral shipping.
Our aim is simple: every coral should arrive in the same healthy condition in which it left our facility.
The welfare of our livestock will always take priority.
If temperatures become excessively hot or cold, or severe weather is forecast that could compromise the safe transport of live corals, ReefGro reserves the right to delay dispatch until conditions improve.
Whilst we appreciate this may occasionally delay your order, it is always done in the best interests of your livestock.
