Ordering and payment

Prices are shown in GBP. Review your selected products, quantities, delivery or collection options and the final total in Shopify's secure checkout before making payment. Stock may change before checkout; Shopify confirms availability for your order.

Living corals and product photographs

Products expressly labelled WYSIWYG show the exact specimen offered. Standard aquacultured frags use representative photographs; natural variations in colour, shape and size should be expected. Ask us about the current dimensions and suitability of a coral if these details are not shown.

Delivery and collection

Read the Shipping Policy before ordering. Local water products are for collection from Ipswich by prior arrangement.

Cancellation, returns and arrival concerns

Contact us promptly if you need to change or cancel an order. Tell us your order number and whether the order has already been dispatched so we can explain the available options. The Live Arrival Guarantee and returns policy explains the process for livestock arrival concerns.

Our voluntary Live Arrival Guarantee does not replace or restrict your statutory consumer rights. Please contact us if you believe a product does not meet its description or an order has a problem.
