Everything You Need to Know

DELIVERY, COLLECTION & LIVE ARRIVAL

Order before Sunday at 12pm for normal Monday dispatch and expected Tuesday delivery to eligible mainland UK postcodes. Orders after the cut-off move to the next weekly dispatch. Extreme weather or other livestock-safety concerns may delay dispatch. Read the delivery policy.

Eligible retail livestock orders of £200 or more qualify for free delivery. Below that threshold, Shopify displays the delivery charge before payment. Contact ReefGro for a delivery quote before ordering if you need the charge confirmed in advance.

We cannot currently ship livestock to Northern Ireland, the Channel Islands, the Isle of Man, the Scottish Highlands and Islands, or postcodes where next-day delivery is not reliable. Please ask us to confirm your postcode before ordering if you are unsure.

Collection is by prior arrangement. Contact ReefGro to agree a collection time. RO water and mixed salt water are local collection products.

Dispatch can be delayed when heat, cold or severe weather would put livestock at risk. Read the Shipping Policy and contact us for the status of your order rather than assuming the normal dispatch date applies.

Eligible corals confirmed dead on arrival may receive a like-for-like replacement. Contact us within two hours of courier delivery, keep the coral sealed in its bag and provide the required photographs. Read the full eligibility conditions.

Keep the bag sealed, photograph the coral and packaging, and contact info@reefgro.co.uk within two hours of courier delivery with your order number. Do not dispose of the coral or packaging before we have assessed the claim.

The published guarantee provides for a like-for-like replacement. Contact ReefGro to confirm the proposed dispatch and delivery arrangements for your approved claim, including availability and any delivery charge. Do not assume a refund or an alternative specimen has been agreed.

CHOOSING & CARING FOR YOUR CORAL

WYSIWYG means What You See Is What You Get: products explicitly labelled WYSIWYG show the exact specimen offered. Standard aquacultured frags may show a representative frag or mother colony; natural differences in colour, shape and size are expected.

Check the individual listing for dimensions. Sizes vary by coral, so we do not promise a universal frag or plug size. Ask us for current measurements if they are not listed.

ReefGro's corals are aquacultured in-house in our UK facility. Choose corals according to their individual lighting, flow and placement guidance rather than appearance alone.

Our listings and care information explain the preparation offered for each coral. Ask us about a particular specimen's healing and inspection if you need further detail; inspection is not a guarantee that a coral can never carry a pest.

Use an acclimation and dipping approach suitable for the particular coral and your aquarium. Do not apply one chemical or treatment to every species without checking suitability. Read our coral care guide or ask ReefGro before treating a newly received specimen.

Inspect it promptly and photograph its arrival condition. Some corals may retract during transport; closed polyps alone do not establish that a coral is dead. Contact ReefGro immediately if you are concerned so the two-hour claim window is not missed.

Coral colour appears different under different aquarium lighting and on different screens. Ask us which lighting was used for the specific photograph and request a white-light or scale photograph if needed. We do not publish an unverified blanket claim about photographic editing.

AVAILABILITY & ORDERING

Hopefully, but aquaculture takes time. Availability depends on growth and when we're satisfied that new frags are established and ready to be offered for sale. Join the ReefGro mailing list to get first access to new coral drops, collector pieces and restocks.
