Care Tips

1

Acclimate to lighting gradually over two to three weeks to avoid bleaching.

2

Low to moderate, indirect water movement keeps polyps extended without tissue damage.

3

Many LPS corals benefit from occasional target feeding with reef foods such as mysis or Reef Roids.

4

Maintain stable salinity (1.025 to 1.026 SG), alkalinity (8 to 9 dKH), and calcium (400 to 450ppm).

5

Allow adequate space between corals as some LPS species have sweeper tentacles that can sting neighbours.
