Pink Branching Cyphastrea Coral Frag

The Branching Cyphastrea is a beautifully unusual LPS coral, admired for its delicate branching structure and hundreds of tiny, vividly coloured polyps that create an intricate display across every surface. Unlike traditional encrusting Cyphastrea species, this branching growth habit adds both texture and dimension to the reef, making it a distinctive addition to any aquarium.

Rather than commanding attention through size or movement, the Branching Cyphastrea rewards careful observation. Every branch becomes covered in countless individual polyps, creating a constellation of colour that grows more impressive as the colony matures. As the aquarium transitions into its evening lighting, the fluorescent polyps begin to glow against the contrasting skeleton, revealing a level of detail that's easy to miss at first glance.

Its compact branching form makes it ideal for adding fine structure to an aquascape, filling spaces where larger corals would dominate while still providing exceptional colour and texture. As new branches develop, the colony gradually becomes denser, creating an increasingly intricate display that changes with every stage of growth.

Whether you're looking to diversify an LPS collection or introduce a coral with a truly distinctive growth habit, the Branching Cyphastrea Coral Frag offers exceptional detail, fascinating structure and long-term visual interest.
